Damavand first campsite is Polour Hut. It is the best starting point for trekking, climbing and ski touring to Damavand either from the southern route or the western route. Polur complex mountain resort is a shortcut to the mountain and is a suitable place for accommodation and acclimatization. Polour resort is made by Iran Mountaineering and Sport Climbing Federation (also called Mountain Climbing Federation of Iran) and it is administered by the same organization.
